Hiring the Hall


Daytime Sessions are from 09.00 - 1300 or 14.00 - 18.00 or EVENING SESSIONS (19.00 - 23.30) unless otherwise stated.

REGULAR USERS (At least once a month)

Maximum numbers 90 seated and 175 dancing 


A security deposit is required from individual private hirers:

£50 generally

£25 for children’s parties

£100 for other parties

The deposit is refundable in full provided no damage has occurred, the hall is left clean and tidy and the key is returned otherwise the Management Committee reserves the right to retain some or all of the deposit.

Regular Users Will Be Charged For An Extra Session If The Hall Is Left Dirty. 

Group bookings for dances, discos etc. will require a deposit of £100 from the group account (not a personal cheque) This will be refunded after a period of three days if the hall is left clean and tidy with no damage to hall or contents. 

Committee room only hirings do not have the use of the kitchen other than by prior arrangement at the time of booking.

LOST KEYS will be charged at £10 plus the cost of the replacement key.


Parking, associated with Hall hire, is available nearby by separate arrangement. Please ask for details when enquiring about use of the Hall
